I have successfully registered but now I can't log in or reset my password?


In many cases, this is due to the fact that the first letter of your registered email address is uppercase, even though the initial letter of your actual email is not.

On some devices, the first letter is converted to an uppercase later and users fail to notice or change this. 

Our membership system is case-sensitive, so if your email is john.doe@gmail.com but you registered with John.doe@gmail.com, you will need to use your registered email (with the capital J) when you log in.
