Subscriptions are charged on the fourth of each month. However, if we are unable to complete the credit card transaction for subscription fees, we have to terminate the subscription.

 

In such cases, we will send an email with the subject below; 

[Important notice: Your digital subscription has been terminated]

 

 

Possible reasons for an incomplete credit card transaction could include:

 

1.Your credit card has expired or been canceled.

 

If your credit card expiry date changed since you registered your card, you must update the registered information to continue using the same credit card (depends on your card company).

 

2.Your credit card is over its limit.

 

3.Your credit card has been blocked.

 

If you would like to resubscribe, you will need to apply again through My Account.
