What is your cancellation and refund policy?

First-time subscribers will receive the first month free after subscribing to a monthly Premium or Standard plan. (Eg.  If you sign up on July 15 → Free until Aug. 14)

A monthly recurring charge is applied thereafter.

Subscriptions to either the monthly Premium or Standard plan cannot be canceled during the initial free-month period as these plans require a 1-month minimum paid subscription term. In the second month, your Digital Subscription Agreement is automatically renewed. After payment for the second month is made, you may cancel at any time:

 

Example:

 

Sign-up: June 1 
Free month: June 1-30
Payment commences: July 1-31 (billed July 1)
Cancellation period: *You can cancel any time after the first payment has been received.

 

Should you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. Until then, the access privileges of the Premium and Standard plan services still apply.

You will not, however, be refunded any amount.
