If we are unable to complete the credit card transaction for subscription fees, we have to terminate the subscription.
In such cases, we will send an email with the subject below;
[Important notice: Your digital subscription has been terminated]
Possible reasons for our being unable to complete the credit card transaction include:
1. Your credit card has expired. (If your credit card expiry date changed since you registered your card, you must update the registered information to continue using the same credit card.)
2. Your credit card is over its limit.
3. Your credit card has been canceled.
